How to open 48? How do you this I am stuck?

Tap the rock in front of the pool. Put it on the either of the hooks. Tap the bucket you got from an earlier level, then tap the pool. You now have a water-filled bucket. Put it on the other hook. Now tilt your phone until the door opens.
