How do I stack the boxes, they will not stack and how do u get the key?

Put the first box under the edge of the cliff where the second box is, then go up to the second box and push it off the edge... If you correctly put the first box underneath it you should the boxes should stack. I don't know which key you're talking about though... Be more specific.
