Walk on it to swing it. Swing left to go right etc. do a few rounds and you'll be in jumping distance

You pass this by walking back and forth on the podium to make it swing higher and higher. Timing is tricky, after some practice it is doable. You then do a double jump to get to to the opposite side.

The easiest way i found to do it; is to jump on the platform and pick a side, stand all the way on the edge and wait for the bridge to swing 2 times, then run to the other edge whenever it is at the peak of its swing. This will push it the other direction harder making it go closer to the other wall. Repeat this until it is close enough to jump and there ya go!

You have to jump onto the swinging bridge, then move slightly back and forth. This should cause the bridge to swing, and when it reaches max length close to the wall, double jump
