I am stuck on the snowy slopes with its boulders in swordigo

I have found the infested caves, i went all the way left across the collapsing ice blocks, and now i cant get over the rolling falling boulders. I have tried double tapping running but it still isn't fast enough. Need help in snowy slopes...thanks

When you ball about to reach you just move back and then jump which will cross you that ball. Then a move a little and do that jump again
