Great Caves - Third Treasure.

I passed the game, the only thing I am missing is the third treasure from the are of the caves that has the three treasures. There are two that are pretty easy to get to but for the life of me I can't find the third one. Can anyone help?

I found it. In the area that is like a big space with the fire blobs that keep falling from the roof when you kill them you have to just keep killing them until some bigger ones fall down and then keep killing them until the treasure appears.
