Eastern guard tower

I am in eastern guard tower in the city of florennum however i cant find a way to go through the gates. They are all lock, and i dont know where's the key. Then i decided to move forward and go to the dungeon of florrenum however i dont know how to get the key up on the wall, please need help. Tnx

In the western tower go as far left as you can and there you will find a key
