Yes, you can get TNT and snow in minecraft PE! but the only downside is you have to buy the full version, which is still PE...it is $7...but way worth it! in the full version there is crafting tables, books, cows, enchated tables, and much, much, much more! XP and you also can save your worlds!

Get 4 snow balls then go to the crafting table and make a block and i dont think you can make tnt

Without a jail broken I-pod, TNT is impossible to get. Snow, however, is easy to get, as there are 3 types of it.
1.) Naturally Occurring Snow- This is the only snow that forms naturally, and is the thin layer of snow that you find on blocks in tundra regions.
2.) Snowballs- Take a shovel and dig the top of a snow covered block. You will get one snowball from this.
3.) Snow Blocks- You need a crafting table and 4 snowballs for this. Touch the crafting table and craft a snow block. Keep in mind that snow and ice melt near torches.

With minecraft PE v0.4.0 you can make TNT but i don't know how to make it unlimited. P.S use flint and steel to light it

You can make TNT but it takes a bunch of different things to blow it up it takes flint and snow but only on the full version

I crafted TNT with gun powder and sand then used multiplying cheat but didn't have flint so I tricked a creeper into activating it for me. No jailbreaking needed

You can get TNT when killing the creepers without making them explode when you do that you will get gun powder to make TNT
