Nope. Cuz they are not the same. As you can see,minecraft pe lite has lesser blocks than minecraft pe. And in survival,tools have unlimited durability and some blocks are unlimited in lite, while minecraft pe is similar to pc survival.

No, you can't connect minecraft pe paid to pc, pe lite, or Xbox live because of differences in number of blocks and items
