I can't get my coins!
In Ice Age Village, I would usually get a lot of coins from families that I am providing homes for. Now, that has stopped. Whenever I click on an animal to see how much time is left, it says "ready". Now I don't know how to collect coins (other than getting friends, completing collections, etc.).

I've had that problem a few times myself. Click on a family that has stopped and select "put away" then go to Stuff > Collection > Inventory select the family and place it back. The timer will now start a new countdown.
