Timeless Atrium is actually a store you unlock with your closet score. It should show that on the store if it hasn't yet been unlocked. Their are 8 dresses. Four of them are $752 each, and the other four are 204 diamonds. Their are also eight shirts. 6 are $376 each and the other two cost 102 diamonds.Skirts and bottoms are $376 each and their are six of those and then two others which cost 102 diamonds. 7 pairs of shoes: 4= $188 each and the other 3 are worth 51 diamonds. Four purses, 2 are $226 each, others are 61 diamonds each.But, the diamond amounts change to money amounts with daily deals.
I haven't unlocked the invite only section.

Now, I think you're whole question was about entering the store you have to pay with diamonds to unlock. Both Eloise's Treasure and Piper's Closet contain 12 items. 10 you can buy with normal money and the other two are worth diamonds. For Eloise's Treasure, the total cost of everything is: $2240, and that's 2 dresses, 2 shirts, 2 skirts, 2 bags, and 2 pairs of shoes. The other two items are 1 dress worth 280 diamonds and one bag for 84 diamonds. Piper's Closet: total= $1338, 2 dresses, 2 shirts, 2 skirts, 2 bags, and 2 pairs of shoes. Other two items are shoes worth 68 diamonds and a dress worth 272 diamonds

So basically the answer to your question in short: The stores that use diamonds to unlock contain mostly clothes you can purchase with normal money. (with the occasionally items worth diamonds.)

I was really confused all on this too. I purchased Eloise's Treasure and it was kinda a ripoff. :( I'm saving up for Piper's Closet becuz my BFF bought it and it was amazing so if ur gonna get one, get Pipers closet!, Lots o Love, PeacefulImCute (Thats who people know me as on the Internet!)

The stores that you have to unlock with diamonds are: Piper's Closet, Eloise's Treasure, Collection Agnes, and Scarlett's Bazaar. It takes 24 diamonds to unlock each and each store have 2 pieces that requires diamonds to buy while the rest can be purchased with cash. While the shops have sales (where you can buy previously diamond-only items for cash), these specialty stores don't have sales ever. Vogue Armoire is the seasonal store and all but one item are diamond-only purchases.
