You have to find a guy at the highler level club and see the earrings and necklace stuff that they give you and see if its worth 15. if it is. Flirt with him so he'll go out with you. Take him on dates and he'll gibve it to you

Enter the highest club you can. Check all the guys and look at the hotness level of each gift they have. If any of them are 15, select that man and buy him a drink. (preferably the more expensive one, if you aren't wearing a massive hotness clothes) If all is well, he'll become your boyfriend. Take him out on dates for a CHANCE of receiving the jewelry. Sometimes you might also get money or diamonds from him, and most of the time you'll get nothing at all. Keep trying! If the guys in the hottest club you've unlocked don't have 15 hotness point jewelry, you'll have to unlock a new club. Do this by purchasing all the clothes you can.
