It's always worth it - no reward

I have met the tier challenges on this task and it even shows all green tick marks. However it does not give me the reward and close the challenge. It it just stuck and will never show I accomplished the tasks? Anyone know?

Scroll down and make sure you upgraded the orange grove to tier 3. You won't see it unless you scroll down on the quest

Yep. I just discovered I needed to scroll down (by pulling the other challenges up) and upgrade the nickel mine. Then it was completed.
