Can't complete this acheivment. Send frigate on voyage for gems and noting happens when ship returns.

O i get this problem send it on a long voyage is what it says try a 24 hr voyage and it will work bro

I have 5 ships, 3 of them are always on 24 hours trip. Nothing is happening since i puckex it up, now i am on level 21.

I was stuck for the longest time on this question too, but I finally figured it out. You have to buy the Frigate ship from the boat menu and the send it on a 24 hour journey.
