Not receiving awards for moving up a level

Just moved up to level 50 in paradise cove. It said I earned and everything was blank. At this level I had been earning coins, rubies, emeralds and sapphires. Now I'm not getting any experience points to move uo to the next level. Now what?

Same thing here. I've. EE. At level 50 for 10/12 days now. Why did we work so hard to get here if that's it?
