How do you attack a friend it asked me to log on to then go to the wanted list what do I have to do

Login to game centre. It then unlocks other players (friends).

I am logged into Game Center, but I am still can not unlock other player. I also do not get the "Welcome back ..." if I start the game. What can I do??
