How to defeat neighbors in battle
I am stuck at Level 19 "local raids 4/4" quest. Where do I find neighbors to defeat? I defeated pirates, I defeated players but can't find a neighbor to defeat.

I'm at the same spot only the ones that say "player" will count towards your 20 pirates

I don't know. I got up to 12/20 defeats, and it seems the program won't count anymore. I keep choosing "players" to defeat. I do, but it doesn't get added tony total. Seems to be a glitch!

I keep battling and winning on the wanted list but it doesn't register. I have beaten 7 or 8 but my task shows 1/20. When i beat a regular ship in my game It sometimes says I have got a cannon etc and do I want to stock a ship. I say yes and then when the screen comes up to pick a ship to stock there's nothing there. What is going on with these ships
