I had to purchase a second snake and now it wants me to purchase a 2nd Life Guard Station. How do I get around purchasing another one?

I just follow what's required in the quest. If u bought something on ur own before it was required from a quest u werent given yet. Tht decoration, number of chopped trees etc would go to waste

You cant, its actually part of the game. What i can recommend you is to put the decorations near to the ruins, because they wont take building land from you cause you Just cant build houses or merchants near ruins.
