I am sending ships on voyages and getting ropes but no canvas's How do I get them for the wish book?

Try sending ships out for the long voyage- you get more stuff

Use Johns Merchantman boat and Beth's cruiser boat on 5 hour (short) voyages and then you will gather either rope or canvas required for challenges

Ozkat I am having the same problem. After level 25 I get no more rope or canvasses. How do they expect I am going to make the fishing net for the Discover the isle 2/5 quest?

I've send merchantman and Beth and no canvases, on short long medium=> nothing. I am level 18.
