Supercharged cannons

When you battle a pirate there's a window at the top left hand side of the screen. If you touch that it asks if you want to supercharge for 5 rubies.

I don't have that window in mine never have had it but I have the quest

I also am stuck on supercharged cannon quest....I'm on level 25 and have plenty of rubies, but don't have window regarding supercharge cannon on any of my ships, including my 2 ships with gold cannons and shields. Is there a specific ship for this quest?

You need to be level 12 to add items to ships the icon is next to the icon for mermaid spin.

I'm on Level 10. I think as they're updating the game the requirements change. I used Boudicca Battleship and I just saw the boxes, they are in the upper left corner of the screen. You can take your time with your shot so you can supercharge your cannon, it cost me 2 rubies and it was good for three shots. The second box is First Aid which I haven't tried but it seems if you get hit you can pay for repairs during the battle. Perhaps it will be less expensive than what it would cost after the battle is done.
