I have reached level 46 and I have been waiting to defeat red hammer but the ship hasn't appeared. I've after a certain level there is nothing to unlock. Any ideas?

When you have explored the land around the golden tower with golden snake , (north-west) the red hamer wil appaer sometimes in the sea just like the other pirates do ( i am on level 40)
