U tap o. Pirates that come around your towns and it will have the bribe option....

Having the same problem - I've been waiting for over a day & NO pirates have come :o(
Lame quest, because it relays on the games' AI to offer you something that's completely random... Not happy....

Also waiting for my last pirate to bribe, I have been waiting 22hrs for it already. I'm not sure can finish on time now... Even tried to send most of my boats on voyage to attract one but without luck. Anybody know how to attract pirates?

I have found that the pirates show up more when you leave and come back to the game

I only have three hours left and one pirate to bribe! I have invested so much time and real money in this game, I will be so disappointed if PG doesn't make the pirates show up on time. I am so sick of their ridiculous quests.

I have tried a method, maybe it can help. Cut the trees beside the river or the see and leave the treasures there, it may attract the pirates.

I have really enjoyed this game but the All Hollows Eve 5/8 is not up to the game's standards. Even with the 24 hour extension, I am running out of time and have been only able to bribe 1 pirate. Really disappointing. Makes me rethink whether I want to send any more time and/or money.
