Help plz, tame the beast - steaks drom the butcher

In Quest 'tame the beast' I need to get 3 steaks from the butcher, but I have no idea how :-( There are only 18 hrs left. Can anyone please help me?

Thank u, but I had collected several times and got no steak until the upgrade of the butcher to tier2. After upgrade I got 1 steak after six collects :-( Unfortunately, I failed the quest. But thank u for your hints.
