Buy "Drum Maker", "Marble Carver" or "emerald Mine"?
I am on the level 7 and I have 73 rubies. The quest "Jewels and riches" is build an Emeral Mine" it costs 89 rubies but i have only 73 for the moment. There 2 special offers: build a "Drum Maker" for 29 rubies or build a "Marble Carver" for 39 rubies. What is the best for me? Be patient to have more rubies and complete the quest, or use the special offer?

I havn't gotten either of those special offers because I simple don't have very many rubies. However, special offers tend to go away and not come back, while the Emerald Mine quest should be there until you complete it. Likewise, when you get limited time quests, if you believe the rewards are worth it, that's where I think the rubies should go, because they are only there for a short while.
