Christmas Wishbook Build a Bonfire

One of the tasks is 'Build a Bonfire'. I've already built a bonfire and now can't build another? It does not appear on the decoration list. Any help much appreciated! :)

I had the same problem then all of a sudden it said it was complete. I just can't find a whale and searched for a full 30 mins
