Quest Local Raids

The quest Local Raids where do I find pirates to do battle with? I have clicked on the battle button and defeated a few pirates but I see no change in the 20 I am to do battle with?

You have to defeat "friends" pirate. I think you have to be connected with Game Center. You can see the names of different players. Hope you understand :)

You have to battle the ones that say Player and have a number after it anything else will not count.
