Help !!! Things won't move!

Not sure what's going on but after I built one of the shops it won't let me move it. I have tapped and tapped but no luck. I have turned I pad off and still it won't move!

You don't click on the building to move it, you click on the green arrow on the left and then Click the cross shape that says "move" :)
