What level is jims ship available?

Iirc, Captain Jim's Cruiser is available at level 32.

I'm @ level 34 and still see no sign of Jim's cruiser. Have the upgrades changed the point @ which Jim is available? Somewhere I though I read that you had to finish the build a bridge maker step of the curse of greed. That would mean you need to reach level 36, as in that level of the quest you have to upgrade the bridge maker to level 3 (you can buy it at level 34, upgrade to 2 on level 35, etc.)

I finally have Jim @ level 35 after I built the Bridge Maker @ level 34, expanded across to the new island and its wonder, then upgraded the BM (lol) to tier 2. I did not have to upgrade the BM to tier 3 as required by the current Curse of Greed step (which requires being @ level 36). I'm playing on an Ipad and have the latest February 14th game update.
