Have to defeat dread pirate randall sailing near the red hammer. I defeaded the red hammer several times but don't see the other pirate. Where to found him?

Explored lots of land around the red hammer and finally found and defeat dread pirate randall (most left edge on the land with the statue with the golden snake).
