Latest trading ship quest
Some of the things is not available in decorations that we need to trade in the trading ship. Can anyone please tell me how to get those thing?? E.g big umbrella, snow fort, wild flowers

Don't have these things either but in some trades there are things you already have (honeyby try, houses) so you can trade them. Keep traying!

Given PG's own text, suspect these are long time ago quest items now cluttering islands of long time players. Be great if I could destroy some houses now that are only earning 4-15 credits on land that costs me 1.3MM....
