Clock on critter (Closed)
My froggy has a clock on him. i had traded with a friend to recieve a beaver but when it came through it was just the froggy with a clock on him. what do i do?

I saw a reference to this on another site. If you're willing to change your time settings, move forward a few hours, then go into TW and see if the clock is gone. I think it'll still be a froggy, though, so good luck getting your trade. I have not encountered this problem, apologies if this advice does not work.

Your created is loading. if you wait a few minutes/ hours it will go away. hopefully this helped

I have the same problem after the upgrade on Sunday. Few of my credit terms became frog with a clock. The new critter that came out does not give me the option to place on the tree.

We're from MI too and did the upgrade Sunday nite. Several of our critters turned into frogs with clocks as well and we cannot click on them. I don't know what will happen but if they change into something or if we figure it out we'll post again. It's frustrating bc many of the critters were rare or legendary.

A couple of the clock frogs returned to their original state but we still have many critters that r still frog clocks-I guess we'll just have to wait it out.

Same thing happended to me and my creaters were rare and legendary. on facebook it said that they were fixing it and not to upgrade for those who havent yet and to be patient. but i just cant!

This is very frustrating. It has been almost a week and my treeworld creatures are still the frozen frogs! Not all of course, but a lot of them (counted 24 today). Is this something that Apple is working on? or is it an issue that the game creator needs to fix? Very frustrating indeed. I am thinking of deleting the app and reinstalling and hoping that I won't have the same issue. I will wait another few days and take another count and if it is still at 24 frozen frogs, I will delete the app and go from there. it is a shame as my daughter loves this game and it made her very sad that some of her animals have gone bye-bye. (hopefully only temporarily).

7 days later and I still have 24 frozen frogs! what the heck?? How long are we supposed to wait for them to revert back to their original forms?? does anyone know? I tried adjusting the date/time in my settings for 2 weeks from the actual date and opened up Treeworld and they were STILL frozen. I guess I will either have to leave them as they are or delete the app and start again. Maybe I won't bother reinstalling. Seems everytime there's an "update" something gets buggered up on the app that was supposed to be "improved". The buggering has happened with Lil' Kingdom too! not impressed!

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game will allow your critters to download properly. If you follow the steps below, you will be able to uninstall and reinstall without losing any progress:
1. Know your username: click Home-options-it's right under Account Options
2. Set a password: !!!important!!!
3. Tap on the button in the bottom left corner.
4. Tap on the "Resources" button that pops up.
5. Close the game, go to your home screen.
6. Hold down on the app until it "wobbles".
7. Tap the black circle with the cross (x) sign that appears on the corner of the app.
8. Re-download the game in your device
9. Once it's done downloading, your tree should load up automatically. If, when you open the game, you appear to have "started over" don't panic, this just means you need to log in to your account.
Once you've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, you should receive a pop up message that will say that your critters are loading. As per the steps above, allow your critters to load without closing the game or locking your device until all critters have loaded and the downloading bar disappears. -Quoted from CS email
