Is there a way to get 3 stars on all extreme courses? Ive done it on all others already. Thanks

Try them many many times. Play them over and over again..

Try and save your golf clubs and use them on these courses. You just have to keep trying, you'll get there in the end! I finally got 3 stars on all courses recently.

You definately need to use the clubs in your bag for some of the extreme courses....I tried it loads of times without them and wasn't getting anywhere.....play sneaky with your clubs and you'll get there ..
