How do I win the Fan Challenge of getting 4 or more Great Shots in one whole?? Do they mean filling the meter or just the small Great Shots of, like, 5 cards or so?

It means 6 in a row (or 5 if you paid to have it reduced) once you get the 5 in a row DON'T keep playing, just draw another card! Do this 3 times. 4th time you can keep going
