How do you challenge the tractor boss on world 1 in SCH3?

Wear Cletus' hat once you defeated the crop duster. On the next round keep hitting the cows with your bat or whip. That should cause a stampede and then the cows will pick up your cart and Cletus in a tractor will start throwing things at you. Use the bat to hit it back and the corn at him repeatedly until he is dead.
