Fly one eagle into another. Don't loose your eagle in between. But this seems a bit buggy for me.

At the beginning of the game change your sign to the "eagle" at the home where he is sleeping wait till you see a eagle fly by wait another second then press "Ski" then fly your eagle into the eagle that you waited for. Can be glitchy wait a good few seconds after he flies past the house before you press ski, you have to transfer to other eagle after the quotation box appears. Then you will be a safari master.

I have done this repeatedly (at the start) and it never awards it to me. On another, I lucked into later on and it worked, but not at the beginning.

Same here for me. You must have to leave it for ages after the eagle passes the hut. I got mine later on by flying eagles low over the landscape and running into another one.

And what about "ride on 3 eagles in a row" and not only 2. I can wait until 2 eagles pass by the home, but this is very rare, and very hard

You have to wait a second or two after an eagle flies by while your still in the cabin before pressing Ski. The window in the beginning that lists the challenges has to have disappeared by the time you fly into the second eagle. If you do this too soon, the game will not recognize the achievement.

To find the second eagle, fly as close to the tops of the trees as possible and you should see him after a few seconds. If you miss him, just pause and restart.

Yes, but the challenge I have now is 3 eagles in a row. So, with this trick, I can ride on 2 eagles, but 3, it's almost impossible!!!

3 eagles is tough. You have to stay close to ground level and hope for luck when passing an eagle. I have done it around 5 times total.

Riding 3 eagles is not tough, it's completely impossible. Tried it for few hundred times and never got to second eagle. I tried all the tips from here. I did the trick few times before the task was set but after this task is listed eagles just stop showing up. This task ruins the whole game. Without that task 5 stars, with that task 1 star.

Quite easy in fact...you can touch the ground between eagles, but no animals at all, and use blue jets (500/5)!

Make sure in the settings that you have the box that shows your goals at start UNCHECKED.
Make sure you do not have the boost on for the eagle option. Wait at the front screen of Penguin Peaks until you see the eagle and wait a few seconds and then hit ski. Right when the eagle comes out of the gate hold the screen to make him soar. The eagle will struggle to rise which cuts down his speed a little bit and helps you to catch the one that just went by.
