How to pass shifting balance mission

I am upto the second part of the mission shoot to hostiles with the gun but I have done this and I still can't pass it, plz help ????

You need to kill the enemy with that gun. Just use a powerful gun first to make the enemy health bar low, and change to the other gun to kill the enemy.
