How do you unlock the last two levels?

I think you have to finish the RevGloves mission. I finally achieved it at level 40 and finally got a new mission - but have not yet unlocked the last two locations.

Ok jus unlocked one location..u need to get to the revive gloves mission and once that is completed times square gets unlocked!
