Partner is always resting, whats the deal?
I can't get my partner to help me in battle. I have never called for his help yet, every time I try, it says he's resting...I thought you can use him once per day, but he's never available. What gives?

If you go on settings and change the time to after your partner is resting that works for me.

And where do I find these settings? I play the game via an android phone, don't see anywhere I can set the time...

You need to speed up the time and date for your phone, not the game. For example, set ur date one day ahead and that speeds up ur game 24 hrs ahead.
