Final mission after beating red dude+4 roaches

Ok I'm lvl 43 and I just beat some red dude with 4 roaches, then cuts to some scene where red dude is on a ship and he has to get back to his people blah blah.. After that I'm back at hq and no missions appear. So is this the end or what? Haven't seen any game credits.
