Help need to know how to recruit more agents please
I'm so stuck on how do I get a forth agent what locker room do I have to buy to get more agents in the game I have bought the locker rooms over and over again it will just not let me get more agents it always is saying that I'm at my max of recruiting more agents can anyone please help me cause I can not go any future in the game unless I can recruit more agents cause I need to have 4 agents so I can do the other mission. Someone please help me out I will very much like it thanks a lot

Same problem here... Can't figure it out... To well. If you do have anymore missions that requires 3 agents, try completing those, you might level up and the max agents might go up. I would also try waiting to collect from your "moneymakers" to get some more XP to level up and maybe it will allow you to recruit more agents! Hope this helps!
