Birthday suprise level 39!!

So I need to get 3 stars fir this level, and I cant find the way to get to that pipe seen at the start. I cant found the secret!! Any help guys?

Just after the first stack of gifts, there will be grapevines... Turn the volume up. Once you pass the grapevines, there will be a hidden door to the left. Watch the fox that jumps out, but follow him to that door.
