How does the level of growth effect a pet?
I know that magic shampoo can change a pets growth, between low, medium and high. I've been assuming that high is the best but how exactly does growth effect my pets?

It appears to have an effect on everything in some way. Most notably pet health. You are correct though, high growth is important. The shampoo will give you a random growth number which adds to your pets stats.

There are 4 level of pet, low, medium, high and super. You will see 3 set of number. 1st is actual value, 2nd is value increase from crystal ball, 3rd value is increased by magic shampoo. To determine a good pet, the best is having the 3rd value over 45 in HP display as XXX+XXX(45) and if your pet is ATK or MTK majorly then at least (45)

And if (45), it means for ur pet lv1000, it will add 45*4=180 to ur pet stats
