This one is weird... Black pencil skirt, white collared shirt with tie plus a tie as an accessory, animal print shoes, gold jewelry, beige sweater, leopard fake nails(3 star item), dog(3 star item), parrot (3 star item).... Anything with embroidery you can add. You will get 3 stars for this combo... So not haute couture though...

I did white bandau like shirt, black pencil skirt, fishnet like thigh hi, white heels, wings, white feather hat, gold/silver bracelets, blue makeup, white gloves, sparkles (3) stars, fan (3) stars, and flower earrings. I got 3 stars.

I wore the white long sleeved collared shirt w/ a tie, the brown zigzag sweater that comes w/ the game, a short black skirt w/ slitted sides, leopard platforms, the 3 star fake leopard nails, the circle gold disk earrings, spiral layered silver and gold bracelets, the crazy feathered fan sort of hat, the piano tie accessory, the 3 star parrot, and the 3 star angel wings. it looks really ugly, and i myself doubted it at first, but i ended up getting three stars! hope this works for u
