I did that level and to get three stars I did these things

First went to the boutique and found things with skulls in the jewelry
Second I got the shirt that says I love rock
Third I got this black stitches on the hip skirt
And last I got these big black boots with silver chains on them

- buy the yellow kinda tights with black lines
- buy thre big black boots on(they go up to her thyes)
- buy the necklase with the shiny skull
- buy the make up that has red lips with the black eyeshadow (the make up it the very bottom where you have all the options on the right)

Camo skirt
Grey and purple knee high socks ( one is grey with grey stripes the other is purple with purple stripes)
Converse that came wi the game
Orange sunglasses that came with the game
Skeleton necklace
Rainbow hair ( signature item for sunshine )
Makeup with purple lipstick
And they give u a keyboard as a signature item
