Angel wings where are they
Where are they. I'm stuck on Penelope's phase and everyone is saying I need these wings....HELP PLEASE!

If you got 3 start on anglel level your reward is the wings. i got 3 stars on the penelope level and i didnt use the wings
here is what i used:
*-black/grey short stiletto boots (with fur)
*-black leather pants
*-black top with the bat and red strings and holes
*-hoops
*-red bra(the one without straps)
*-gold and silver bracelet
*-gold flower in the hair

The people are probably ahead of you because the level you get with that is the Angel level and that is one level ahead of Penelope. So you can try to use kikis answer and if you get one or two stars on it then you can do the angel one. Then if you get three on that one, go back to Penelope and use them.

Well you can get them as a three star item after you get three star on your angel level.
