I got three stars by using the following;

Hair = Curly & Black (The Model's Original [keep it!])
Outfit = Floral Romper (Mainly Brown With Pink & Yellow Tint)
Shoes = Black Strappy Sandals for 39 Coins
Accessories = Black Boho Headband (Bought), Square Necklace (Closet) & Bracelet (Closet)
Makeup = None, Keep the Original Eyes

Took me forever but this finally worked:

Hair: Keep as is
Outfit: Long white skirt, one shoulder beige top (looks like it has a brown star in the middle)
Shoes: White flats
Accessories: Necklace, bracelet, earrings that came with closet, white rose, and leaf umbrella
Makeup: None, same eyes

I got three whole stars using this so try it

hair: the hair that came with her
outfit: beige shirt that comes with the closet with rredish pinkish skirt with the chain on the side
shoes: white flats
accessories: necklace, bracelet, earrings that came with the closet, and the three star fan
make up: looks kinda like a dog but not excactly and the eyesare the first brown eyes in ur closet

black sleeveless vest with brown lining (longish)
blue star necklace
orange sunglasses
the first makeup in your closet (eyeliner/darkish)

white boots with black laces (2 cash but worth it)
