The necklace you get at the beginning ( it's a blue square shape)
Same hair
The makeup that puts a blue star on their face
But the key was buying the lace gloves I couldn't get a star until I bought those

Dress: Long blue/white, has a poufy skirt
Shoes: The cheap white pumps(heels)
IDK what the accessories deal was because I was just messing around, but:
