How do I pass the theme victorian with the model dot?

I got 3 stars:
Red & black Victorian style dress
Red & black lace up tall boots
Gold necklace with red & green jewels
Matching earrings
Short white lace gloves
White lace fan
Black lace face veil
Leave hair the same
I used the eyes with heavy mascara for makeup but didn't
receive any points for it :0/ So you might want to go a different
route. Hope this helps :0)
