I used green long wavy hair. Green of the shoulder top, cropped black pants with silver buckle. Black T strap shoes, black glass. Cherry necklace, red hoop earrings, red and green flower bracelet, and the phone/iPad.

Wear black shoes
And a flower in her hair

Cheap and easy 3 star costume:

Dress: one-shoulder glitter dress (signature item)
Accessories: gold and silver bracelet, gold peace earrings, glittery gold purse (signature item), black rhinestone necklace (received at the start of the game), orange sunnies (received at the start of the game), red floating heart (this is a signature item and is also optional)
Shoes: gold glittery heels with peeking toes
