I would really like some help with this one. I know it seems obvious but what I have tried only gets me disasters.

Wear one of the pirate hats at boutique with an eye patch and the 3 star parrot wear the hair from princess theme and a shirt that has skulls all over it. For bottoms I wore really short shorts with 2 skulls on them layered by ripped skinny jeans. I wore flats with stitching on the front. I wore the skull necklace and black and gray striped hand warmers. The makeup is smoky eyes with a mole and red lips. THIS IS FOR 3 STARS hope this helps!
