Get red dress with a black bow tie on it and white lines on it kinda looks like a tutu
Get red and white leggings
Get black flat shoes that have straps across it
Get white gloves with black lace
Red and black umbrella
Makeup is pale skin and orange eyeshadow
Accessory pink and white bow a black hat with a white strap around it and black flower on it and pink and silver long heart earrings and heart purse

TOP-lacy black and white long sleeve top (towards bottom)
BOTTOMS-black kneelength skirt with fringe and 2 white stripes at waist-fishnet stockings

JEWELRY/ACCESSORIES-gold hoop earrings
-gold and silver bracelets
-nose ring (optional-it costs dollars)
-white lace gloves (wrist length)

Neither of these suggestions worked for me, however I got 3 stars and all bonuses with this:

Hair- Wavy black with red highlights (not sure this was necessary but I had it in my closet)
Makeup- Smokey eye with red lip (")
Eyes- Silver (")
Top- Long sleeve white shirt with red tie on collar (must)
Bottom- Red plaid pants
Shoes- Black Mary Jane (must)
Accessories- (I kept failing for not having a white accessory and tried everything, ended up with this)
-Red lace headband with white accents (must)
-Large silver hoop earrings
-Silver multi chain necklace
-White lace arm bands with black trim (must)
-Pink plaid bag 3* (must)

It looked sort of odd to me and not truly lolita but I spent alot of time and money on disasters! Hope this helps. :)

- same pink hair.
- black smokey eye with winged eyeliner.
*Clothes:
- white, long sleeve shirt with blue & white striped tie.
- dark blue blazer.
- light blue plaid pants.
- brown high heel boots.
*Accessories:
- white bow. (smaller one)
- red flower pin. (i think it was a signature item)
- floating hearts.
- white/silver hoop ear rings.
- iPhone / iPod.
